BIT is the Information Systems area of Sonae MC. A group of people who live for the business and technology breakthroughs, creating fast, cohesive management and decision tools.

We are looking for a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER to join our CUSTOMER - DELIVERY at BIT.

Reporting to the Tech Lead, the Salesforce Developer's mission is to develop solution based on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud for a CRM and Marketing Automation solutions.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR DAY…

• Front-end and back-end development in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud;
• Lightning Web/Aura Components development;
• Visualforce Page/Components development;
• Write and troubleshoot Apex triggers, classes, and test classes;
• Perform custom integration of API Services;
• Perform Data Security with FLS and/or OWD;
• Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration and maintain page layouts;
• Manage Queues and Groups;
• Migrate data using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export and Mass Delete;
• Working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including MobilePush Connect and Content Builder for Emails;
• Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript;
• Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript;
• Implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS);
• Provide 3rd level technical support if needed.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE…

• Degree in STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics);
• Working experience (minimum 2 years) in Salesforce Development;
• Hands-on experience in implementations for Salesforce Service Cloud;
• Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP).

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or willingness to acquire it on-the-job supported by senior experts;
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units;

• Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure with multiple tasks and priorities looking forward to meet the agreed deadlines;
• Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the organization, at different levels, build bridges and easily connect with others;
• Salesforce certification preferred, but not required.
